Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 10 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (natural libido booster)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Nuts & Dates:
    • In a food processor, pulse the almonds and walnuts until finely ground.
    • Add the pitted dates and process until combined.
  2. Mix the Flavors:
    • Add cacao powder, maca powder, cinnamon, cayenne (if using), vanilla extract, honey, coconut oil, and sea salt.
    • Blend again until the mixture becomes a sticky dough.
  3. Form the Bites:
    • Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
    • If too sticky, refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes before rolling.
  4. Coat & Chill:
    • Optionally, roll each ball in extra cacao powder or shredded coconut for an extra touch.
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
