Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings (70% cacao or higher)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrients)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Oatmeal:
    • In a pot, bring almond milk to a simmer.
    • Add oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt. Stir well.
    • Cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
  2. Sweeten & Enhance:
    • Remove from heat and stir in honey.
    • Top with chopped walnuts, dark chocolate shavings, and berries.
