Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 10 medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon maca powder (natural libido booster)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Blend the Nuts & Dates:
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds and walnuts until finely ground.
- Add the pitted dates and process until combined.
- Mix the Flavors:

- Blend again until the mixture becomes a sticky dough.
- Form the Bites:
- Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- If too sticky, refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes before rolling.
- Coat & Chill:
- Optionally, roll each ball in extra cacao powder or shredded coconut for an extra touch.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
