Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts (optional)
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry and toss with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Sauté the Garlic & Shrimp:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
